With more than 28 years of experience working with athletes, I help individuals optimise performance and reduce exercise-associated gastrointestinal symptoms through evidence-based nutrition strategies.

As a fitness instructor, yogi, and competitive squash player, I understand the practical challenges of training, recovery, hydration and fuelling the body for performance.
